Business Terms of Service

These terms cover a Roam Atlas Business account. They do not replace the consumer terms. By creating or using a business account you agree to these terms and the Business Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for members you invite and for keeping credentials secure. Plan prices and checkout stay closed until a price is confirmed. Sample charts in the workspace are labeled samples and are not a live reading of your account unless a connected source says otherwise.

When you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ads, YouTube, or other third-party services, you instruct us to process data those services provide under the scopes you approve. You must have authority to grant that access for properties you connect. Disconnecting stops future sync. Our use of Google user data is described in the Business Privacy Policy §7 and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

A claimed place is not a booking. A shopper request is not a reservation. Candidate, selected, and booked are different states. Reservation details stay with the external provider. We do not invent live availability we do not have.

For Beacon activity on your website and inquiries delivered to your business, you are typically the controller and Roam Atlas is the processor / service provider. Processing is limited to providing the Roam Atlas Business features you enable. Enterprise customers that need a fuller Article 28-style schedule may execute the DPA. Until then, this section and the Business Privacy Policy govern.

Do not misuse the product, scrape beyond permitted APIs, attempt unauthorized access, or use connected Google or other API data in ways that violate the provider's terms or applicable law.

We may update these terms by posting a new version. Material changes to Customer Personal Data processing may be notified by email where required. Governing law: the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
